SLN Blacksea is located in Ordu, which is an area supported by the government.

SLN main production facility is based on 8000 m² area in Industrial Park at Fatsa/Ordu (North-East part of Türkiye). This facility has 3 different production units which are specialized on knitwear, woven wear and performance wear.

Lean Manufacturing system is in place since the establishment of the facility. The system can shortly be described as a system to eliminate the waste systematically and provide continuous work flow. In other words; to focus on minimizing waste within manufacturing systems while simultaneously maximizing productivity. Lean uses trainings, methods, development, simplifying job, new equipments, etc in order to realize this purpose. The aim of the system is to achieve highest quality with lowest cost and shortest time.
